MORGAN KEEPS IT IN THE FAMILY
Following the inaugural year of the Hawthorn College of Sport in 2025, graduate Morgan Considine is another incredible success story to emerge from the program, continuing a proud family legacy in a whole new way.
While the Considine surname is already famous at the Hawks, with Paul, Frank, Maurie, and Bernie all having worn the brown and gold on the field, Morgan is making her own mark behind the scenes.
During her time at the Hawthorn College of Sport, Morgan threw herself into every opportunity available.
Her journey included a study trip to Tasmania and a valuable football operations internship completed as part of the program's hands-on work immersion.
Following her standout dedication and performance throughout the course, Morgan's hard work successfully translated into direct industry employment.
She has now secured a full-time position with Hawthorn Football Club, stepping into the pivotal role of Events Administrator.
As is the case with all students who graduate from the Hawthorn College of Sport, Morgan also possesses a Dual Diploma of Sport (SIS50321) and Leadership and Management (BSB50420) from Box Hill Institute.
“The Hawthorn College of Sport provided me with such a wide range of opportunities that I am truly grateful for, and opened my eyes to endless possibilities within the sporting industry,” Morgan said.
“It was the perfect combination of immersive work experience and study to help develop practical skills that could be transferred into any workplace.”
