COOPER's CAREER on TRACK
Following the inaugural year of the Hawthorn College of Sport in 2025, graduate Cooper Nuzzo is one of many success stories to emerge from the program.
Having completed a similar course previously with another club, Cooper recognised the unique potential of the Hawthorn College of Sport curriculum to truly elevate his professional trajectory and break new ground in elite sports management.
Following his standout dedication and performance throughout the program, Cooper’s hard work successfully translated into direct industry employment.
He has now secured a casual position with the Box Hill Hawks VFL team, stepping into the pivotal role of Training and Logistics Coordinator.
Cooper’s current role sees him managing vital day-to-day operations, streamlining team workflows, and coordinating logistics to ensure an elite high-performance environment for the squad, immediately becoming a valuable asset to the team.
As is the case with all students who graduate from the Hawthorn College of Sport, Cooper also possesses a Dual Diploma of Sport (SIS50321) and Leadership and Management (BSB50420) from Box Hill Institute.
